Our 1-on-1 & Group training sessions provide tailored regimens for you based off of your unique needs and specific goals.

With private 1-on-1 sessions you get 100% focus from your Coach on you and your goals, no external distraction, and no waiting for equipment to free up.

 

You’ll get a physical assessment every six weeks so we can manage your progress and keep you on track.


During your training you’ll learn exercises, rep ranges, insider tips and tricks, and so much more!

 

With nutrition and fitness lifestyle integration we will help teach you how to integrate fitness and proper nutrition into your life seamlessly so that your lifestyle matches your goals.


 

With LUV Fitness LLC you’re not just paying for a trainer to help you reach your goal once.

As your Coach I will help you reach your goals at an accelerated rate, and I will provide you with the knowledge and tools you’ll need to not only maintain those accomplishments, but you’ll learn how to set new realistic goals, and you’ll know what to do and how to achieve them.
